She is also the producer and host of China Business Uncovered, a podcast featuring conversations with Caixin journalists about their investigative reporting, as well as Darers & Doers, which spotlights Chinese founders and the innovations they are bringing to market.
Beyond the newsroom, Kelsey frequently represents Caixin as a moderator and host at major international conferences, including the Asia New Vision Forum, Web Summit, FII Priority, VivaTech, Alibaba CoCreate, Money20/20, the Sino-Swiss Economic Forum and Beyond Expo. Previously, she was a Caixin Global reporter covering China’s financial markets and macroeconomy.
Her previous bylines include Channel NewsAsia, China Daily and Reuters. Outside journalism, Kelsey is the content manager at She Rewires, a China-based social enterprise that advocates women’s advancement in STEM.
