Dr Le Hong Hiep is Senior Fellow and Coordinator of the Vietnam Studies Programme at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, Singapore. He is also an editor of the Institute's flagship journal Contemporary Southeast Asia. Hiep holds an MA in International Relations and a Master of Diplomacy from the Australian National University, and a PhD in Political and International Studies from the University of New South Wales. Before joining ISEAS in early 2015, he worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam and taught at the Faculty of International Relations, Vietnam National University-HCMC. Hiep has authored two books and published extensively on Vietnam's political, economic and foreign policy issues.
黎洪协博士（Dr Le Hong Hiep）现任新加坡尤索夫伊萨东南亚研究院（ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute）高级研究员兼越南研究项目协调人，同时担任该院旗舰学术期刊《当代东南亚》（Contemporary Southeast Asia）编辑。
黎洪协拥有澳大利亚国立大学国际关系文学硕士学位和外交学硕士学位，以及新南威尔士大学政治与国际研究博士学位。
2015年初加入尤索夫伊萨东南亚研究院之前，他曾供职于越南外交部，并在胡志明市越南国家大学国际关系学院任教。
黎洪协著有两部专著，并就越南政治、经济及外交政策议题发表了大量研究成果。
