Over the course of his career he headed GIC’s Public Markets Investments Group, its European Operations and the Global Equites and North American Equities teams.
A father of three, Jeffrey holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University and a BA from Cambridge University. Jeffrey is a trustee of the Singapore Management University and chairs its Investment Committee, as well as that of the Ministry of Health Holdings.
