David Bo, Master of Engineering, has 30+ years of experience in the mining and oil & gas industries. He started his career at PetroChina, then joint Ivanhoe Capital Corporation and assumed various manegerial positions in the member companies such as Ivanhoe Mines, Ivanhoe Energy and Jinshan Goldmines and their joint venture entities, culminating at General Manager, Business Development of the Group .
He served as a Director on the boards of a number of Canadian, Australian and Brazilian companies and senior executive or advisor of multiple Chinese and international mining and oil & gas companies .
He is currently an Independent Director of Zijin Mining, Asia Potash and Lingbao Gold, and a Member of the Academic Committee of Chinese Acadamy of Metallic Mining Economics (Minmetals Academy of Industrial Finance). He is the author of the book The Ins and Outs of Global Mining (in Chinese).
薄少川：工学硕士，拥有矿业和石油天然气行业30余年的工作经验。曾任职于中国石油，后加入艾芬豪投资集团，历任集团旗下（加拿大）艾芬豪矿业、艾芬豪能源、金山矿业等多家公司及其合资/合作公司的管理职位，及艾芬豪投资集团业务开发总经理。
曾担任数家加拿大、澳大利亚、巴西矿业公司董事、高级管理人员和多家国内外矿业、石油天然气公司顾问。
薄先生现任紫金矿业、亚钾国际和灵宝黄金独立董事，中国金属矿业经济研究院（五矿产业金融研究院）学术委员会委员，著有《国际矿业风云》。
